Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation of training/services due to any avoidable /unavoidable reason/s the company must be notified of the same. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive the cancellation request, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Before the start of the Training Program : Full Amount after deducting the bank or payment gateway charges

After attending 5 hours of Training Program : 50% of the training fee

After attending 10 hours of Training Program : No Refund

Please note that if we believe that you are abusing our refund policy in our sole discretion, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse or restrict any and all current or future use of the Company Products, without any liability to you.
