Skill(s) required
Should have hands on experience in below areas of Oracle HCM Cloud Technical:
- HCM Extracts
- BI Reports
- OTBI Reports- Develop or extend reports with Report composer in OTBI environment
- HDL(HCM Data Loader)
- FBL(File Based loader)
- PBL(Payroll Based loader)
- OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
- Good understanding of the Business Processes.
- Ability to build/review functional design specification documents.
- Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports.
- Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules.
- Has worked with small and large teams.
- Has Knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
Additional Desired Skills
- Knowledge of Fast Formula
- Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud a huge plus
- Experience in HCM Benefits such as Open Enrollment, Eligibility Requirements, Carrier Feeds
- Experience with Payroll interface (ADP WFN, ADP Global interface, etc.)
- Experience with Self-Service set-up and mobile responsive testing as it relates to Benefits
- Experience with HR Compensation statements a plus
