DVM files are used to map value used in one application to other value used in another application. Suppose in one application “INDIA” used as country value but in another application same country is defined as “IN”. so dvm are used to map these static values.
In this post, we will show you how to use these DVM files in both asssign and transform.
First create a synchronous BPEL project.
Right click on newly added project and add one DVM file.
Name the DVM file and provide domain names and values.
Add multiple domain values as per your requirement.
If you want to use this DVM in assign then drop assign activity and choose “lookupValue” function and add it.
If you want to use the same function in xsl (transformation) file then fill necessary details as shown below.
Deploy your composite and test it.
